You may send a summary of your history/concerns to Dr. Kraskow (up to 3 pages) prior to your appointment. Should you choose to do this, you will be asked to send the information a week in advance of your appointment. This will give Dr. Kraskow enough time to review your case. Instructions for sending information will be given when you make your appointment.

What to expect:
Together we will do a full review of your history related to your concerns. I will instruct you in lifestyle changes that will help you heal and realize greater health potential. These may include diet/nutrition, supplements, exercise, stretches, meditation, yoga, various activities, reading material, computer assessment, lab work, procedures/practices to be done yourself, recommendations for other kinds of healing work, etc. This will be done during your appointment and with follow up information sent to you.

A major focus is placed on nourishing the body through diet and appropriate supplements. All supplements I use are professional grade. I will put together a protocol for you based on your condition/needs. Note that a health recovery/repairing protocol can be extensive. I will have you approve the protocol before shipping any supplements.
